1/4cCumin seeds
1/4cFenugreek seeds
1/4cGram flour
1/4cGarlic powder
2tbPaprika
2tbTurmeric
2tbGaram masala
1tsGround ginger
1tsChile powder
1tsGround mustard
1tsBlack pepper
1tsGround dried curry leaves
1tsAsafoetida

Dry roast coriander, cumin and fenugreek seeds until lightly colored. Grind them to a paste; mix with remaining ingredients. Store in an airtight container.
